The school calendar marks for us an important week, full of activities— the European Week for Waste Reduction. During this week our students, who have at heart the care and protection of our environment, seek to carry out projects to make others more aware of the harm waste does to the environment, and thus more aware of the need to reduce as much waste as possible. All our students, helped and supported by the student council, work tirelessly and ceaselessly throughout the year so that the school does not produce too much waste and to recycle and reuse as many things as possible. But during this week they strive to do that something extra, beyond the school gate. The theme chosen for this year is “Packaging Waste Reduction".
